Clinic in Kaslo at The Sentinel – Phone Consultations
In order to fit all COVID guidelines/protocols from the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Ministry of Health, I am protecting me and my patients by wearing a mask, perform frequent hand sanitization, and keep social distancing. Sheets and linen will be cleaned after each patient and washed with hot water in a longer then normal washing cycle. Patients can choose to wear a mask during their treatment and hand sanitization is available when entering my clinic or simply washing hands in our washrooms is sufficient upon entry. The waiting area is marked close to the entrance of the maloca and patients will exit on the other side of the hallway closest to my treatment room to maintain social distancing. All surfaces will be sterilized with hydrogen peroxide after each patients.
It is advised to bring your own water bottles and pens to avoid cross contamination. I am looking very forward to seeing you soon. Many blessings! Leni
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your appointment 48 prior to your treatment, please let me know via email at leni.neumeier@gmail.com and I will do my best to fill your spot. If you are canceling your appointment less then 48 hours and I can not fill your spot, the full amount of your treatment fee will be due. Since my cancellation list is quite large, I aim to fill your spot ASAP so you don’t have to pay any extra fees.
In case of a no-show unfortunately I don’t have a choice to fill the spot and 100% of your fee will be due.
